Admission Timeline and Application Process
At City Schoolhouse we are here for you every step of the way.
We never want you to feel overwhelmed by our enrollment process.

To begin the application process for your child please click below to fill out our prospective student form.
Once we have received your form we will contact you to schedule an in person meeting at the Schoolhouse for you and your child.
If our Schoolhouse is a good match for your family, we will send you our School Application Form and FACTS financial aid application form.
Once we have received your application and financial aid forms, we will contact you to schedule an in person
Offer of Admission meeting in which you can expect to receive our family handbook, review and sign our
Family & School Contracts, and a review your financials.Assuming everything is in order following your Offer of Admission meeting your child will be enrolled!
On average, you can expect our application
process to be completed within two weeks.
This largely depends on your availability to meet
our staff and complete the application documents.
